This terms and conditions describes how GameVPS. ("GameVPS", "we", "us" or "our") regulates the use of the GameVPS website (https://www.gamevps.net) that you ("Customer", "Player", "you" or "your") accept by browsing or using the site.
Ordering
- The customer is not obligated to make a payment immediately after placing an order.
- The customer is not bound to any long-term commitment and can stop paying at any time.
- If a server is out of stock, it will be delivered within 8 days, or a refund will be issued.
- GameVPS strives to maintain sufficient stock at all times.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable.
Game Servers
- If the customer does not renew the server, We are authorized to shut down the server after its expiration date.
- We are authorized to delete all server data 3 days after expiration if the customer does not renew the service.
- Support for plugins, resources, and code is not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for data loss. Customers must make their own backups.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Customers are prohibited from hosting illegal content, programs, or websites.
- Sending spam from our servers is prohibited.
- We are not responsible for data loss. Customers must make their own backups.
- We do not provide support for third-party apps but may offer guidance.
- We reserve the right to suspend services if illegal activity is detected.
- Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted on VPS servers.
- CPU resources are shared among customers; heavy CPU usage for prolonged periods is prohibited (Fair use).
- VPS servers may not be used to proxy or tunnel traffic outside our network.
Dedicated Servers
- Customers are prohibited from hosting illegal content, programs, or websites.
- Sending spam from our servers is prohibited.
- We are not responsible for data loss. Customers must make their own backups.
- We do not provide support for third-party apps but may offer guidance.
- We reserve the right to suspend services if illegal activity is detected.
- Dedicated servers may not be used as proxies or to tunnel traffic to external servers.
Support
- Customers can open a support ticket via the website or email support@https://www.gamevps.net for assistance.
- Our aims is to respond within 24 hours but often responds faster.
- Support is limited to our services only.
- We do not provide support for third-party software.
Refunds
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to our refund policy.
- A refund is granted if our services are unavailable for more than 1% of the time due to technical issues.
- Downtime caused by customer misconfigurations does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted via our support.
- Refunds are not granted for reasons such as "I don't know how it works." Customers are responsible for configuring their software.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- By placing an order, the customer waives the right of withdrawal (if applicable).
- Refund requests cannot be made through payment services such as PayPal. All requests must go through our support.
- We may terminate services without notice if the customer opens a dispute with PayPal or their credit card provider.
Other Obligations of GameVPS
- We are not responsible for customer-hosted content.
- We reserve the right to remove illegal content or programs hosted on its services.
- We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
Force Majeure
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, power outages, and network attacks.
Community Support
- We are not responsible for community-driven actions.
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from community support.
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
- We do not provide support for third-party software even if discussed within the community.
Donation Panel
- The Donation Panel allows the customer to collect voluntary donations from players in exchange for in-game or virtual rewards.
- Donations made through the Donation Panel are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the customer.
- Players making donations acknowledge that they are contributing voluntarily and not purchasing a service or product.
- The customer is responsible for configuring the Donation Panel, managing donations, and delivering any rewards to players as promised.
- We are not responsible for reward delivery or content, and the customer must ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Payment disputes and chargebacks must be resolved between the customer and player or the payment provider. We are not liable for such disputes.
- If a player initiates a chargeback, the customer may suspend or revoke rewards until the issue is resolved.
- Misuse of the Donation Panel for illegal activities or financial schemes will result in service suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the use of the Donation Panel.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Donation Panel service at any time.
Changes to the Terms of Service
- We reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.
